What's more worrying is that they have severed all contact with him and will not reply to his letters or telephone calls.
Not only have they refused to discuss payment with him they also refuse to reply to demands from the inland revenue regarding their requests for information needed so they can do a check on how the assessments that were submitted were calculated. This has resulted in the Inland Revenue asking my friend to repay £700 which they feel was overpaid.
